Shipping policy

Shipping within the contiguous United States

Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or countries outside the United States. Please use a complete street address where a carrier can deliver your parcel.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our craft supplies ship directly through our fulfillment partner, including from China. Allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing and approximately 5–17 business days in transit after dispatch. The overall planning estimate is 8–22 business days from order to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

These are supplier-based estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Availability, quality checks, customs, holidays and carrier delays can affect timing. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Please do not order for a fixed event date unless the available delivery information allows sufficient time.

Tracking and delays

Shipment notifications include tracking when it becomes available. You can also check your customer account. A tracking number can be created before the carrier scans the parcel.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and a cancellation/refund option. If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery estimate, contact apeljeff@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Prices and delivery questions

Prices are in US dollars. Any tax collected by the store is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected import or delivery payment, contact us before paying so we can check the shipment.

Check your address before submitting an order. Request an address change or cancellation as soon as possible through your customer account or email. We cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun.
