About Craft Room

Craft Room is an online craft-supply store operated by Jeff Apel. Our contact details are in our Contact Information policy. These terms apply to purchases from craftroomgoods.com.

Products and prices

Read the selected product's description and included-contents list before ordering. A craft kit requires making or assembly; it is not a finished object unless the listing says so. Styled images can show props or completed project examples that are not included. Screen colors and natural material grain can vary.

Prices are in US dollars. Your checkout shows the selected items, discounts, shipping and any tax collected by the store before payment. WELCOME10 provides 10% off an eligible first order for email subscribers, once per customer, subject to the discount conditions shown at checkout. It cannot be combined with other discounts.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment is collected at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not mean that the parcel has shipped. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you about the issue and the available refund or correction. We will not substitute a different product or charge more without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, shipping charges and estimated timing. Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, costs and how to request help. These policies form part of the purchase information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using the store

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized account access or submit fraudulent orders. Keep access to your customer account secure. Store text, photography and branding may not be republished for commercial use without the relevant rights holder's permission.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Last updated September 14, 2026.
